Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
If the plugin is not able to perform as per the feature section, you are entitled to a full refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If you are not able to provide necessary access to the smooth installation and operation which are already communicated before the purchase
- You change your mind before the installation
The partial refund amount will be subjected to our discretion which will consider any efforts and fees we already paid as part of the purchase.
